Black Businessmen & Business Women by Rawpixel

Black culture in recent months has been put on high alert. We've had to create tangible solutions, to a host of issues that ravenously plague our communities. It appears that at every turn, our lives are being snatched from our men, women, and children, and our fiscal sustenance is being controlled by the economic "majority." It is during these times, seemingly spanning from mid 2019-to the present day, that a rise in new CEOs, artists, and creators of all kinds seems to have bloomed.

We See You!

No matter who told you that you couldn't get it done, look at you! You've not only proven them wrong, but you've unlocked a dream. You manifested something, and it became reality. You birthed a concept that was in your mind, and are now living this beautiful ideal turned real! Count it a victory! We can always do more, and it's beautiful to know that we strive to become better versions of ourselves. Please keep going forward; the journey won't get any easier, but the reward at the end of it will be magnificent.

Visualizing the Shift

What have you noticed about your family, regarding work or occupation? Do you know someone who knelt in the mud, and created their own product or service? Do you have any personal connections (or bonds) to budding entrepreneurs? If so, the more important question should be, "how do you support them?"

What black man/woman do you know that started a company, or created something magnificent, and needs clients/consumers? How have you supported them? Do you share their marketing campaigns on social media? Do you purchase their products/services? Have you told a friend, and recommended that they do the same?

The Black support system has been faulty for generations, and truthfully speaking, we've consistently been the hindrance to our own economic growth (in some cases). Our concept of unity is typically not met with enough vigor, and we do not have a reputation for always looking out for one another. That was a general statement, but we need more organized groups, and 1 mind for the cause of black upliftment and evolution!

Support your brothers and sisters.

Clap for them.

Meanwhile you're doing that, if you have a dream to fulfill...get it done!
