Directing the Day, Intentionally

At this moment, we're going to take a slightly different, but very necessary route. I want you to not just declutter what's tampering with your mind, but feel your body relaxing, and being relieved of stress.
1st, take a deep breath in (hold for at least 7 seconds), and then slowly release. 2nd, repeat the 1st instruction, but close your eyes this time. After that...finally, do the same thing as the 2nd step, but see yourself as your dream self (or most successful version of you). Did you do what I said?
I want your day to be productive, prosperous, iconic, relaxing, and exciting (but in a positive manner).
None of us knows what the week holds regarding the challenges we'll face, but maybe your disposition could be better than usual. I want you to find or create more reasons to smile, than you could find to keep sadness from painfully massaging your cheek bones.
Look in the mirror, and remind yourself that you look amazing, regardless of what people see. You have one wonderful body, that has taken you through more than what the average being can handle. Listen to music that'll put your mind at ease, not music that'll make you wanna strangle your neighbor's puppy, because it pooped on the sidewalk.
Tell yourself words of affirmation, OUT LOUD!
I have a mantra that at times I put on my social media stories, which goes like this:
"I no longer recognize struggle, but I awaken in realms of wealth, impact, love, and dreams!"
As I wrote that mantra, I've repeated it over & over again, as often as I felt the need to. I definitely tried to make it a habit of repeating it in the mornings, and when I tell you that it's made a difference, I'm advised to remind you that it seems like an understatement.
The mind is fluid with possibilities, as it pertains to how good or bad a day can go. Keep it positive, keep it clutter free, and keep it prepared for the best...intentionally!
